Lino printing is a fantastic technique and so easy to learn on this hands-on half-day lino printing workshop.
 
We will cover: cutting tools and safe use, inks and inking your plate, suitable papers & the best lino to use.
 
The morning will start with you to creating your own A6 design. You’ll carve your lino plate and learn how to hand-print your designs using simple tools, so you can continue making prints at home without the need for a printing press.
 
I will guide you step by step, showing how to create the best type of design for your lino print, prepare your plate, apply inks, and print multiple impressions, giving you the confidence to explore lino printing on your own. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their skills, this workshop is full of experimentation and creative fun – and you’ll leave with your own unique set of prints to treasure.
