Delivery and Returns

All orders are packed, by hand, by me (Tricia)! Why?..... well mainly because it's just me running everything!

But I aim to give you the best shopping experience I can.

So here are a few things you may need to know.

Standard UK delivery

Free delivery on shop items of £30 or over.

Orders below £30 will be charged £4.50 for delivery

Card orders only will be charged £1.50 for delivery


Orders will normally be delivered via Royal Mail with artwork packaged flat. Larger artwork will be packaged in a tube and may be delivered by courier with a tracking number.

Please contact me, before ordering, if you would like to request a specific packaging or delivery method.

Course bookings do not incur a delivery fee, as all information will be sent to you via email. You may receive a dispatch notice, this happens when I process an order.

Hand delivered

I am happy to hand deliver your item if you will be attending one of my in-person courses in West Sussex. Your order will be packed and delivered to you on the day of your course. Please contact me before placing an order to request this option.

International delivery

International delivery can sometimes be offered upon request.

International orders (including EU) may be subject to import tax/handling fees on delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any fees.

If you are unhappy with an item, please return it unused within 14 working days and I will refund the price. Please contact me by email ( in advance. I do not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty. I recommend that if items are returned a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by me (Tricia Johnson). Your statutory rights are not affected. The item must still be in mint, resaleable condition.


Refunds are not given against original artwork/s, online courses, on-demand courses, digital download or any bespoke courses (those arranged for individuals, groups or by specific arrangement).

Course cancelation and refunds

You can cancel an in-person course booking up to 14 days after making an initial booking on your course and receive a full refund. If your course starts before the end of the 14 day period, cancelation will be until the first day of the course.   If you cancel your booking more than 14 days after the initial booking you will not be entitled to any refund, though I may be able to amend your booking to another date (see below).  Refunds can also be issued outside the fourteen day period if a written request is received more than four weeks before the start of the course. An administrative charge of £10 will be deducted from the refund. After that time, only requests for refunds as a result of your ill health will be considered. This must be supported by a certificate from your doctor and an administrative charge of £10 will be deducted from the refund.

If you are unable to attend, I will transfer payment in full to another course only if I have another student to take your place. If another student can not take your place, payment can not be refunded to you.
