Delivery and Returns

All orders are packed, by hand, by me (Tricia)! Why?.....

Well mainly because I'm a superstar and it's actually just me running everything!

But I aim to give you the best shopping experience I can.

So here are a few things you may need to know.

Standard UK Delivery:

  • Free delivery on shop items of £30 or over.

  • Orders below £30 will be charged £4.50 for delivery.

  • Card orders only will be charged £1.50 for delivery.

  • Orders will normally be delivered via Royal Mail with artwork packaged flat. Larger artwork will be packaged in a tube and may be delivered by courier with a tracking number.

  • Contact me before ordering if you request a specific packaging or delivery method.

  • Course bookings do not incur a delivery fee as all information will be sent via email. A dispatch notice may be sent when processing an order.

Hand Delivery:

  • I am happy to hand deliver your item if you will be attending one of my in-person courses locally. Your order will be packed and delivered on the day of your course. Contact me before placing an order to request this option.

 

International Delivery:

  • International delivery can sometimes be offered upon request.

  • International orders (including EU) may be subject to import tax/handling fees on delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any fees.

  • Contact me before placing an order.

Returns:

  • Every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of shop items. I reserve the right to withdraw or change items as necessary.

Artwork Returns:

  • Returns are not accepted on original artwork unless the item has been damaged in transit.

Product Returns (Sketchbooks, Cards, Badges, etc.):

  • If you are unhappy with an item, return it unused within 14 working days for a refund. Contact me via email (artwithtricia@gmail.com) in advance. Return postage is not covered unless the goods are faulty. Obtain a certificate of postage as goods remain your responsibility until received by me. Your statutory rights are not affected. The item must be in mint, resalable condition. I reserve the right to charge for delivery costs incurred by me.

  • Refunds will not be given for modified, bespoke, or special-order products.
