Summer fruits class: cherries
Inktense pencils, crayons, oil pastels, watercolours and posca pens. I tried to use wax resist to do a pattern on the bowl but it didn’t really work this time.

You have to be quite heavy with wax to make sure is creates a resist. Also if the paper is too thin it gets over saturated with paint and just slides under the wax
I love this page the colour is fabulous. I like the journal style with the text.
The two bowls of cherries have got real 3D depth show by the use of contrast in your tones.
