I know there are lots of things wrong with this but I have come to the end of my ability to get it any better. I have problems with the ear and the hair and how to get the unshaven look without it looking dirty. Any advice welcome.

This is looking very good. I think you’ve caught the angle of the head very well. Eyes and nose are excellent. Helen
