I like the way you have angled the head in this portrait. The dark eyes and gaze make this girl look rather worried, or is she thinking about something? Nicely done.
I agree with some of the previous comments, very nice. Personally I really like the slight suggestion of her clothes which does not detract from her face. Helen
I agree with Chris and Chris! We can't see your reference image. But don't forget it's your work you don't have to follow the reference slavishly. Your the artist make it your own.Remember eyes and mouth and nose are delicate and when you work and rub out and work and work again we end up sketching them heavier and darker. This makes them stand out and appear too bold and prominent on the face. The whole sketch looks well proportioned, which was the aim.
Well, it depends how much you want it to look like your reference picture. I haven't seen it, so I'm just thinking how it looks as a sketch of a girl. And it works quite well. If you don't like the ear you could just draw some more hair over it to hide it a bit? And maybe darken some of the hair. And I'm thinking that eyebrow is a little high? Or just leave it and have another go at it!

This is a shy yong girl who spends a lot of time with her makup and hair but what is she thinking or who or what is she looking at.
Do abit of gentle adjustment to bring these things out and stop looking at the anatomy. 😉
