I like the way the moonlight is reflecting off the stones. Fantastic. You could add further darks on to the opposite side of the stones to enhance the contrast.You have created a lovely soft sky.Are you finding the acrylics a little easier the more you use them?
Thanks Tricia. I thought the standing stones would be easy to paint but they were quite tricky especially as I didn’t want them to look too flat. I had to practice painting them to get the light parts and the shadows looking some how correct. I’m still practicing using the flow mediums for acrylic you showed me and using the water spray bottle is also helping 👍
Those stones almost look as though they are about to go walking, magical.
Reminds me of "Outlander" where they time travel through the stones, very atmospheric.
