I did this quite soon after the magpie & cherry blossom one. Also from a photo & in acrylics.
The puddle was difficult - it mirrors part of the house not seen in the rest of the picture.

An interesting painting. I especially like the person and the wall, the muted colours pull it all together. Very good.
The subdued colours tone really well together.Interesting and thoughtfully painted.Well done.
Chris, I love the reflection. Especially that it doesn't reflect anything seen in the painting. Its like a secret window to another part of the street!
