Printmaking Workshops

Exploring traditional and experimental printmaking techniques

During these printmaking workshops, students explored a wide range of processes, from traditional lino cutting to experimental and recycled-material printing. Techniques include gelli plate printing, lino cut, multi-block and jigsaw lino, foam stamps, textile printing, collagraph, Tetra Pak printing, lithography, batik and suminagashi.

Workshops balance technical instruction with playful exploration, allowing students to discover how different materials, textures and methods affect the final print. Some sessions involve hand burnishing, making techniques accessible for home use, while others introduce the use of a printing press.

These workshops are ideal for anyone curious about printmaking or looking to expand their creative toolkit.
