Lovely work. I think I prefer the first image. Although your second image could be developed with some subtle washes.
Thanks Tricia sometimes less is more and can be developed further. I may consider a set with some washes and see what my two sons think. They are both red, green colour blind and I have always thought of what they actually are seeing and prefer.
