Thanks all for your comments! Yes Thea, my husband said Arthur Rackham, but his stuff is brilliant. This was from a photo I took right near the end of our circuit of the lake and I didn't have time to start sketching.
When I first saw this it reminded me of an artist.Twenty four hours later I have remembered the name, Arthur Rackham. The more one studies it the more different images appear such as legs and a torso!Well done Helen and I am not under the influence of anything whilst admiring your picture!
This is really lovely. Really captures the atmosphere that side of Swanbourne Lake which is so different from the other side.
